We had a great stay in Valledoria. Chiara welcomed us wonderfully, taking the time to explain what there was to see in the surroundings and recommending restaurants, etc. The accommodation is truly top-notch, with everything you need—we felt very comfortable. We highly recommend it!

We were very satisfied. We stayed at the property for four weeks and had expected it to be much smaller. Instead, there is an incredible amount of space and a small terrace. The communication with Chiara was really excellent. She was so helpful and welcoming. We felt very comfortable with her. She also responded immediately to any repairs and assisted us whenever needed. We stayed there with our dog. The neighbors, with whom we shared the outdoor area since it wasn’t fenced, also had dogs. But everything worked out great—the dogs got along well. By October, the atmosphere was already very much in the low season. Many beachside restaurants were closed, but the small town was still lively, and the beach was beautiful!

There was plenty of space and beautiful decor. Its location is very central in a fairly quiet village. Restaurants and bakeries are just a few minutes' walk away. We were happy with our stay. The owner, Chiara, welcomed us warmly with chilled Prosecco and cold water. There were markets, shops, restaurants, grocery stores, a butcher, a fishmonger, etc., all within walking distance. The apartment is lovely and located in a quiet area. Free parking is just 50 meters away. You can find all the necessary kitchen utensils. The terrace was quiet and a great place to have breakfast or enjoy a barbecue in the evening. The people of Valledoria were very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful stay in a truly beautiful accommodation. The property is perfectly located as a "base" for exploring northwest Sardinia. We can only agree with our predecessors in their positive reviews. The apartment was clean, modern, and elegantly furnished, equipped with everything a small family might need. We also found the small garden very beautiful and idyllic. On hot days, it was lovely to relax in the shade of the olive trees while the children played ball in the garden. During the two weeks we spent in Valledoria, Roberto’s sister, Chiara, was always available to answer any questions we had. She also gave us great recommendations for Sardinia’s attractions. We found both her and her father to be very welcoming. In short, a clear recommendation from us as well!

Great accommodation in the center of Valledoria. Bars, restaurants, and the supermarket are just a few minutes away. The beach is a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk. Roberto’s house is very nice and cozy, and even bigger than it looks in the photos. Everything is in perfect condition, and the Wi-Fi works wonderfully. Attention!!! This is one of those places where you think it’s too good to be true—and it’s EVEN BETTER than you can imagine! A dream for anyone renting this place—located near a great restaurant and Main Street, just a short drive to the amazing Kite Surf Beach, and perfectly positioned for day trips to the stunning coastline and its beaches! Chiara was our host, and she was incredible—26 languages (exaggerating, but still!), super helpful, and not shy about sharing her local secrets! She made our trip an unforgettable experience! At times, the house felt too cozy to leave—a great problem to have!!! We hope to return soon—thank you, Chiara and Roberto!

The apartment is just as described in the listing—modern and cozy. Unfortunately, the surroundings of the accommodation are not the most inviting, but within walking distance in the town center, you can find beautiful cafés, and by car, you can reach a larger supermarket in just a few minutes. The apartment was clean, and the towels and bed linens smelled freshly washed, but we did notice some ants in the bathroom, kitchen, and hallway floor. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We spent three wonderful weeks in the apartment. The apartment is in a very quiet area, carefully furnished, and equipped with everything you need. The town center is just a 5-minute walk away. If you want to visit the beautiful Sardinian beaches, having a car is recommended, although we noticed there is a bus service. Chiara, Roberto’s sister, takes care of the guests on-site—she is always available and easy to reach. For example, when the mosquito net in the small bedroom broke, she immediately arranged for it to be fixed. Our daughter had a great time playing in the garden, and we enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with aperitifs and barbecues. We truly felt at home and fell in love with Sardinia! We will definitely come back!

It is a very spacious and bright house, ideal for a family. The terrace is perfect for relaxing or dining at night. Everything is new, in perfect condition, with an extremely high level of cleanliness and comfort. Parking is available right next to the house, within the property. The location on the outskirts of the town offers an excellent and relaxing view while still providing quick access to supermarkets and other services. Valledoria is a great base for exploring northern Sardinia. Communication with Chiara was always very smooth, and she gave us excellent recommendations for beaches and restaurants. From the beginning of June, we spent two weeks in Valledoria, staying in a house located near the edge of town, bordering the surrounding countryside. The large, well-maintained garden actually hosts four buildings, each with two apartments owned by Chiara and her family. Seeking peace and tranquility after several months of work, we wanted a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle, for our first vacation. We found exactly what we were looking for: a clean environment, tastefully decorated in light tones with Sardinian touches. Throughout our stay, we had all the comforts we needed. Upon arrival, Chiara, the owner, kindly pointed out beaches, restaurants, and typical places to visit around the town, making us feel like welcomed guests and helping us with small everyday choices. Everything went perfectly: the enchanting location, flowers everywhere, and kind, helpful people (from Mrs. Anna at the dry cleaners to Roberta, the beautician at Nephyr). The recommended restaurants satisfied us in every way—not only with their cuisine and reasonable prices but also with the breathtaking panoramic views that were an unexpected bonus. We are truly grateful for this experience in Valledoria and to Chiara, and we hope that sharing our experience will be helpful to others.

We really enjoyed the space, especially since we were traveling with a 2-year-old who had plenty of room to run around. The terrace looked small in the photos, but in reality, it was perfect for breakfast and meals. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and we actually prepared a few meals. The town of Valledoria is lovely, with very friendly people and some great spots for dining or enjoying an aperitivo. From here, it's very easy to reach several stunning beaches, and Castelsardo is just a 15-minute drive away. After spending another 8 days in Palau, we can say that we enjoyed both places, but we loved Valledoria even more—so we will definitely be back!

What a wonderful place to spend spring in Sardinia! Valledoria is an authentic town with fantastic opportunities for genuine gastronomic shopping and super friendly people. Chiara helped us with every issue we had—she even bought an LTE router for us when the internet went down for a day in the entire area. Roberto's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: beautiful, well-equipped, elegantly furnished, and spacious. The outdoor space is a great bonus. The area is quiet and always breezy, just a short walk from the center of Valledoria (3 minutes on foot), yet away from noise and the main road. Chiara, Roberto's sister, welcomed us and assisted us with everything we needed throughout the entire vacation—she is truly kind and helpful. Overall, our experience was absolutely more than positive!

The house is very clean, well-furnished, and perfectly located for exploring the north of the island. The apartment was perfect for us as a couple! Well located at the end of a road, it is very quiet and offers a stunning view of the mountains. The supermarket is just a short walk away (10 minutes), as is the small town center. The beach is a 5-minute drive away— a beautiful sandy beach with clear water when there's no wind and not too crowded. The apartment was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the coffee, olive oil, and salt, as well as the ample cutlery, plates, and cookware for cooking. Roberto's sister gave us all the recommendations we needed for the area and was super responsive whenever we had a question. I highly recommend this place! Thanks again, Chiara!

Arriving late in the evening was not a problem at all, and on the day of departure, we had flexibility since the next guests were arriving two days later. We had a pleasant stay at Roberto's house. The apartment is cozy, and we really enjoyed the terrace on the upper floor, with a view of the mountains. It's perfect for breakfast and dinner if you choose to stay at home. Otherwise, the locations are great, as the town center is at the end of the street, with all the restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and stores. We enjoy walking, so going to the beach was fantastic—about 15 minutes from the apartment, with a paved road leading to the beach. I would recommend it.

We communicated with Roberto's sister before our arrival, and even though we arrived a couple of hours later than expected, Chiara welcomed us, gave us a tour of the apartment, and shared some useful tips. We had requested a crib and a high chair for our baby, and Chiara provided them right away. The apartment is lovely, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed—from laundry detergent to a beach umbrella! It is tastefully decorated with a charming Sardinian rustic style, which we absolutely loved. The outdoor table on the terrace allowed us to enjoy dinner outside and a few beers after the kids went to bed! The location is convenient, just a short walk from the center of Valledoria. While it's possible to walk to the local beach, we chose to drive. We visited many other beautiful beaches in the area, so having a car was essential for exploring. We had a fantastic time and would love to visit again!

I can only recommend the accommodation, and the location is perfect. There are amazing beaches that are not too crowded, and Valledoria is a great base for excursions. The accommodation looks exactly like in the photos, and we were taken care of wonderfully. We were even allowed to check in early and check out much later. We didn’t meet Roberto, but we did meet his sister Chiara, who is an amazing person. There were just two of us, and we are quite tall—so for several adults, I would rather recommend booking two apartments. We can’t wait for our next vacation there!

The fridge contained a bottle of water and wine as a welcome gift. The apartment (No. 08) on the upper floor was exactly as shown in the photos—very spacious, clean, and well-equipped (perhaps missing an oven or microwave, but manageable without). The location is excellent, away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, yet close enough to reach it quickly on foot. Parking is nearby (reserved for tenants). There are two barbecues available. There is no air conditioning, but the apartment is well-ventilated.
